Kantesh Chowdhury is a results-focused Chef with over 16 years of experience in fast-paced kitchen settings. His strengths include team leadership, problem-solving, communication, and building high-performance teams. He is skilled in various aspects of culinary arts, including food science, heat control, inventory management, food hygiene enforcement, budgeting, and menu planning. Kantesh has served as a Head Chef at several establishments in Dundee and Angus, such as Jahangir Restaurant, The Market, Taza Indian Restaurant, and Bombay Joes Restaurant. He holds a degree in Hotel Management from DSMS Hotel Management College, India, and is fluent in English, Bengali, and Hindi.

Chef Kantesh inaugurated the MTK UK chefs training through a landmark workshop at the Dundee and Angus College in November 2023, marking the beginning of an ongoing teaching collaboration.
